The Afya Moja project team is pleased to announce the opening of the Call for applications for the Advanced Skill Course “One Health Technologies”, organized by University of Pisa.

📍 Kenyatta University, Nairobi, Kenya
This initiative will bring together 30 selected participants, including 20 from African countries and 10 from Italian partners of the Afya Moja project, for an intensive five-day training program focused on One Health approaches, covering Context Based Design, Artificial Intelligence in Healthcare, Agriculture, Veterinary Medicine, and hands-on practical sessions.
The basic eligibility criteria are:
- Be a Master’s student or PhD candidate in a field relevant to One Health, such as Biomedical Engineering, Medicine and allied sciences, Veterinary Medicine, Agriculture, in one of the Afya Moja partner insitution as listed on the official website of the project https://afyamoja.unicampus.it.
- Not currently hold any grant funded by the European Union (e.g., Erasmus Mundus, PON/PNRR, or other EU-funded programs).
Candidates are required to submit their application specifying in the subject line “Application for AFYA MOJA Advanced Skill Course – NAIROBI”, before 11:00 pm CET of Saturday 29th November 2025.
