Governance
The project is organized in 6 highly interlinked work packages (WP):

6.WP6 Dissemination, Communication and Sustainability
The WP are divided into:
- Operational WPs: WP3, WP4, WP5.
- Supporting WPs: WP1, WP2 and WP6 provide support to all the work packages and project as a whole. WP1 deals with the project management, WP2 addresses ethical and regulatory challenges, and WP6 will be focused on the impact and dissemination activities.
WP1 Management and cocreation
WP1 guarantees smooth and effective coordination of activities and a genuine collaboration among Italian, African and international scholars, by continuous monitoring and coordinating progresses (administrative, technical, and financial) and timely initiation of corrective actions, if needed. WP1 will prevent, manage and resolve any problem and conflict. Tasks:
- Project management, quality assurance, and financial administration, including activity monitoring, coordination with African partners, and contract management.
- Needs assessment, co-creation workshops, RUC definition
- Risk analysis and mitigation through continuous monitoring and intervention strategies.
WP2 Ethical and regulatory affairs
WP2 aims to proactively anticipate and manage any ethical and regulatory aspects of the project, both from the administration and scientific prospective. Tasks:
- Ethical, trust and legal management
- Ethical Considerations
- Ethical Review Board.
WP3 Training
Co-design, Preparation, Deployment, Evaluation and Validation of formal training as described in Obj1 and Obj3; monitoring of KPI and related targets achievement, in accordance with needs’ assessment and quality assurance procedures defined in WP1. Tasks:
- pedagogic co-creation workshops
- Executive program on collaborative grants preparation and management
- short-term schools
- Promotion of participation of African Students/Scholars to education short term initiatives organized by Italian partners.
WP4 Students, lecturers and staff exchange
. The goal of this WP is to realize programs exchange of students (70%), lecturers (20%) and admin staff (10%) among the consorted Italian and African Universities. This exchange will also support exchange placements as defined in T1.2, as well as training placements as defined in T3.2 for admin staff, lecturers and PhD students. Tasks:

- admin and future leader staff exchange.
WP5 Inclusion of African Experts in Developing International Regulations, Guidelines, Norms, Standards, and Policies
WP5 will strength and support the inclusion of African experts in the writing of international guidelines, norms standards and policies in the area of technologies for health and One health. Tasks:
- Stakeholder Engagement
- Guideline and norms Development
WP6 Dissemination, Communication and Sustainability
A plan for dissemination, communication and sustainability will be prepared and used as guideline during the project. The plan will priorities sustainability exploring opportunities for making the project activities self-sustained beyond the natural duration of the project. Among other, there is a clear lack of scientific literature authored by African scholars from African Universities. Tasks:
