The Afya Moja project team is pleased to announce the opening of the Call for applications for the Afya Moja Summer School, organized by the Politecnico of Bari in collaboration with Afya Moja Italian partner institutions. This call is dedicated only to African Afya Moja partner universities.

🗓 Summer School Dates: 21st–25th July 2025
📍 Ostuni (BR), Italy
This fully funded initiative will bring together 15 selected students from African Afya Moja partner universities for an intensive five-day training program focused on the One Health paradigm, which integrates human, animal, and environmental health through interdisciplinary approaches and international expertise.
📌 Eligibility
The call is open to students enrolled in master’s or doctoral degree programs in fields related to One Health, including:
- Engineering
- Computer Science
- Mathematics
- Physics
- Medicine
- Veterinary Medicine
- Biology
- Environmental Studies
Applicants must be enrolled at one of the African universities affiliated with the Afya Moja Project.

Due to time constraints, priority will be given to applicants who either do not require a visa or already possess a valid visa, in order to ensure timely participation.
